There can’t have been a more important building on Saturday night than The Casa on Hope Street. In the last few years it has played host to some of the more important gigs to have taken place in this city, not least the much liked and influential folk/protest singer Alun Parry.

Stepping into the limelight and fast becoming part of the collective heart beat that keeps this city’s cognisant firmly in its place was the next generation, a Liverpool band that is here for more than just a reason, they will point the direction for the next ten years if we are fortunate.

Hope Street Feast Returns September 16th.

One of the best attended and most enjoyed days out in Liverpool has to be the Hope Street Feast. Now food and fun lovers can rejoice and look forward to September 16th as the seventh annual Hope Street Feast has been confirmed to take place.

There is something very special about this eagerly anticipated event as the Hope Street and the surrounding streets come alive with a variety of cultural events in both the open and indoor spaces, including cookery demonstrations and special tasters from the local restaurants, real ale, live music, dance and theatre.
