Liverpool’s St. George’s Hall Announces Dates Of Second Annual Christmas Grotto.

Liverpool’s iconic St. George’s Hall has announced details of its second annual magical grotto – and it promises to be even bigger and better for Christmas 2014. Santa’s Magical Grotto sets the scene for an exciting festive season when it opens each weekend from 15th November to 7th December. It then opens daily between 13th and 23rd December.

Visitors will be treated to live character performances along a festive treasure trail which leads to a traditional grotto. Here, they meet Santa Claus who will present them with an early Christmas gift – if they’ve been good!

Lovehistory Return To St. George’s Hall This May With Another Round Of Catacombs Tours .

In just two weeks’ time Liverpool’s St George’s Hall are set to bring you another haunting week of the popular Catacombs tours. Exploring the darker heart of Liverpool’s most celebrated and historic building, the tours return by popular demand from Mon 26th May – Sun 1st June which sent chills down the spine of thousands of people who came along to the initial run of the sell-out tours in February.

Now theatrical company Lovehistory are set to return with a whole host of actors portraying new characters, within new areas and with new stories from Liverpool’s murderous past. Experience The Catacombs of Liverpool’s Darkest History and peel back the layers of yesteryear to reveal what lies within the heart of St George’s Hall’s dark past.

St. George’s Hall Announce New Interactive Experiance Based On Liverpool Stories Of The Great War.

Liverpool’s St George’s Hall is set to present a week-long series of tours giving visitors a powerful and emotional flashback experience of The Great War. From Monday 10th to Sunday 16th March local historian Frank Carlyle will guide visitors through the depths of the Hall telling Liverpool stories of the First World War. From the triumphant passionate start to the realities of war, blasting away romantic notions as the horrors of modern conflict came to the forefront. The historical talks will be interlinked with promenade performances by some of Liverpool’s best-loved actors.

St George’s Hall is set to present a series of unique tours from Monday 17th to Sunday 23rd February 2014 that will delve into the darker heart of Liverpool’s most celebrated and historic building. Murder Returns To St. George’s Hall In 2014 With Lovehistory.

Following on from the sell-out success of two Murder at St. Georges Hall events in 2013, Liverpool’s premier Murder Mystery events company Lovehistory, return to Liverpool’s grandiose St. Georges Hall with three confirmed events for 2014, on Saturday 15th February with Crime & Passion: A Victorian Valentine, Saturday 28th June with a Dickensian Special and Thursday 27th November with a Christmas Special and all three events are now on sale.

Lovehistory present the biggest and best fully interactive Murder Mystery dining experience, set within the grandeur of one of the city’s most famous buildings, 400 guests will be wined and dined and will bear witness to murders most foul in an evening filled with deception, intrigue and murder that will leave them baffled.

Father Christmas At St. George’s Hall This December.

From 16th November to the 23rd December a brand new Christmas Grotto will open in one of Liverpool’s most iconic historic buildings! St George’s Grotto – an interactive Dickensian festive experience complete with a miniature train – will come alive within one of Liverpool’s most beloved landmarks, St. George’s Hall. Visitors are invited to take part in magical journey through this memorable landmark before meeting Father Christmas himself.

Opening Saturday 16th November and running every Saturday and Sunday until 14th December, and from then on every day right up until the 23rd December, St. George’s Hall’s magical Christmas interactive experience is the perfect way for children and families to revisit the Christmas of a time gone by.
