The Lantern Theatre in Liverpool is used to hosting the comedic machinations of the superb Shiny New Theatre during the summer period but now it will witness the birth of a new comedy night on Friday 25^th October.

Shiny New Comedy Lab will launch this week with a free comedy night but with a different concept on which to hang its coat and well prepared mockery. The concept differs greatly from your traditional stand up club. Instead of seeing comics perform their bread and butter safe routines they book acts willing to try out brand material in front of an open minded audience.
