Take That fever swept the nation on Friday, when tickets for the band’s 2019 Greatest Hits Live tour went on sale at 9.30am. Due to phenomenal demand Take That have announced a brand-new date at Anfield Stadium, Liverpool on Thursday 6th June 2019 with tickets going on sale Friday 5th October at 9.30am.
“It’s a real honour for us to be able to play Anfield, such an historic ground and venue. The Liverpool audiences have always been incredible”, said the band.
Take That are renowned for their incredible live shows and their Greatest Hits Live tour is sure to be no exception. Kicking off on the 12th April, the band head out around the U.K. and Ireland and playing shows in many towns and cities that they have never played. They will be joined by special guest Rick Astley.
Take That have also confirmed the release of Odyssey a re-imagined greatest hits album that takes the listener on a journey through the incredible musical history of one of the U.K.’s most successful bands of all time. Odyssey is release on 23rd November.
Tickets for Anfield Stadium, Liverpool go on sale Friday 5th October at 9.30am.
