The Simon And Garfunkel Revival Band To Offer More Than The Sound Of Silence At St. George’s Hall.

There are very few music artists who enjoy a reputation as enjoyable as The Simon and Garfunkel Revival Band, who will be entertaining audiences at St. George’s Hall Concert Room on Monday 7th March 2016 as part of the venue’s Spring Season.

Playing to enthusiastic sell out audiences all over Europe, they recreate the cult duo’s most beautiful songs in their new concert, Feelin’ Groovy.

The concert will include wonderful and passionate ballads like Scarborough Fair and Bright Eyes, and classics like Mrs. Robinson, The Boxer, The Sound of Silence and Cecilia.

The band consists of Michael Frank (vocals and guitar), Guido Reuter (vocals, violin and piano) and three supporting musicians, who brilliantly achieve the atmosphere and feeling of the original duo.

The boundaries between the original and recreation vanish in their vocal and instrumental performances which are orchestrated to perfection. The voices are unbelievably close to the originals and are unbeatable in their authenticity.

Alan Smith, General Manager at St.George’s Hall, said: “St George’s Hall is delighted for Michael Frank and Guido Reuter to perform their outstanding tribute to Simon and Garfunkel. The anthems being performed to such high quality will be a delight to all lovers of this music, and add another key date for the programme developing for The Concert Room.”

A perfect night for any Simon and Garfunkel fan, this is a must see live entertainment show at St George’s Hall this season.

Tickets for this performance are priced at £18 and are available from the Ticketquarter on Queen Square in Liverpool, by telephone on 0844 8000410 or on online at www.ticketquarter.co.uk.
