The Wanted To Perform At The Liverpool Echo Arena in 2014.

One of the globe’s best loved boy bands, The Wanted, have today announced details of their biggest tour to date, the Word Of Mouth World Tour 2014.

Having already played to a combined audience of over one million people worldwide, The Wanted will be significantly adding to that figure with a multitude of shows across Europe, the U.K., Canada and the United States, with more to be announced across the world.

The Word Of Mouth World Tour will go on sale in the U.K./Eire on Saturday 12th October at 10am with pre-sale and V.I.P. offerings available on www.thewantedmusic.com from Tuesday 8th October. Liverpool will also be playing host to the band when they perform at the Echo Arena on the 14th March 2014.

Embarking on their most substantial tour yet, Max George said, “We can’t wait to get back on the road, for what is our biggest tour so far. One of the best things about being in a band is performing live in front of the fans, and to do that across the world has always been our dream. Every night is going to be one long party!”

No stranger to massive live shows, The Wanted have already performed on some of the world’s most iconic stages, including London’s Wembley Stadium and O2 Arena, not to mention New York’s Madison Square Garden and the White House!

The Wanted release their third studio album, Word Of Mouth on November 4th. The album, which will be available to pre-order from Tuesday 8th October, promises to be a combination of classic pop as well as exploring new ground. Word Of Mouth arguably features the most hit singles on any one pop album this year, including massive hit singles Chasing The Sun, I Found You, Walks Like Rihanna and We Own The Night. The album will also be available to pre-order as part of a bundle with the ticket pre-sale in the U.K.

On the album Tom Parker said, “It’s taken us two years to make this album and now that it’s finally finished we are all really proud of the time and effort, not just that we put in to it but all the writers and the label too. We think it’s our strongest album to date. We can’t wait for our fans to hear it. They’ve been really patient but hopefully they’ll think it’s worth the wait!”
