Even though the members of Pink Floyd no longer tour together, there is a band who still play some of the 20th Century’s finer musical moments.

The Australian Pink Floyd have built a reputation as possibly the finest cover band around. Not only does the light and laser effects dazzle but every song is played absolutely note perfect. Add into this a distinct edge of Australian humour and you have the best night imaginable.

The show opened with the first part of The Wall, Learning To Fly and a stunning rendition of Money from the classic Dark Side of the Moon. The band kept taking the evening up several notches and found the only way to finish the first part of the evening was with the brilliantly subtle Pigs (Three Different Ones) from the album Animals.

After a short break the band blew the audience away once more with Shine On You Crazy Diamond which at the end featured a tribute to the late Syd Barrett.

Time, Keep Talking and the moody Nobody Home continued the second set with the guitar-led anthem Wish You Were Here and the awe inspiring Comfortable Numb. The encore of Run Like Hell saw Australian Pink Floyd to a standing ovation.
