The city by The Mersey, a place known for its art, for its culture and perhaps most importantly of all, its individuality in the face of adversity, a personality trait it holds onto dearly as it finds itself increasingly having more in common with the likes of Glasgow, Dublin and New York than it does with Southampton, Dover and London. It is the sense of loyalty to the genre that comes across in absolute spades in the music of Wily Bo Walker that makes the charisma of magic and the spectral allure so fascinating. The mixture between the magnetic offering and the high end cool that struts its stuff between the bars as if walking down a cat walk in the very best of ordinary clothes but illuminated by the sheer swagger and control is not unobserved and as Wily Bo Walker parades with great affection through the album Moon Over Indigo, the eternal spotlight is very much on him.

The Christmas schedule is such that it falls deeply into the realms of asking the viewer to remember others and the tireless work they do, it is a noble act but one in which many will find themselves just having on in the background in between munching on the last mince pie or playing a game with the children.
