Badland: Game of the Year Edition is a side scrolling physics focused action adventure puzzle platform game available for download from the PlayStation Store for the PS Vita, PS4 and PS3. Badland was originally released on iOS platforms in April 2013 and go on to having over 20 million players, become an award winning game by achieving Apple’s 2013 iPad Game of the Year Award and the 10th annual International Mobile Gaming Awards Grand Prix Award in 2014, followed by a Game of the Year Edition release for PS4, PS3 and portably for Vita in May 2015 in America and Europe.

Game of Thrones is a third-person episodic adventure game available from retail stores and for download from the PlayStation Store for the PS4 and PS3. Game of Thrones originated in 1996 when a critically acclaimed and award winning book by George R. R. Martin titled A Game of Thrones was published. HBO adapted the story arc became a major success and a huge attraction for the HBO network with record viewing figures seemingly increasing for each of its 10 episode seasons.

The Talos Principle has a great pedigree as the development team at Croteam have created and continued to positively build upon the Serious Sam series which began in 2001 with Serious Sam: The First Encounter. The Talos Principle is Croteam’s debut on PS4 and is their first game utilising their own brand new Serious Sam 4 graphics engine.

Divinity: Original Sin – Enhanced Edition (PS4), Game Review.

Divinity: Original Sin – Enhanced Edition is an isometric and third-person action role-playing game available from retail stores and for download from the PlayStation Store for the PS4. Divinity: Original Sin – Enhanced Edition improves upon the original version of the game that initially launched on Windows platforms in June 2014 as a prequel to the Divinity games. The Divinity Universe stretches back to when Divine Divinity was released in 2002 and its sequels Beyond Divinity in 2004, Divinity II: Ego Draconis in 2009, Divinity II: Flames of Vengeance in 2010 and Divinity: Dragon Commander in 2013 with even future plans for a sequel to Divinity: Original Sin planned for a late 2016 release.

Lost Dimension is a third-person turn based tactical action role-playing game available for download from the PlayStation Store for the PS Vita with compatibility for PlayStation TV, while also releasing on PS3. Lost Dimension is developed by Lancarse who has previously worked on well received games in the Etrian Odyssey series and Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey, while the story is written by Jun Kumagai who has also written scripts for the Persona 3 films and some episodes of the Persona 4: The Animation series as well as other popular names that collectively form an amazing pedigree of quality for the game.

Life Is Strange: Episode 5 – Polarized (PS4), Game Review.

Life is Strange: Episode 5 – Polarized is a third-person episodic adventure game available for download from the PlayStation Store for the PS4. The episodic action of Life is Strange concludes with the fifth episode developed by Dontnod Entertainment who, having previously released Remember Me in 2013, are known for creating games with powerful and dependant female characters that grow and become stronger through the duration of the game.

The WRC series continues with WRC 5 under a new developer at Kylotonn Games who have previously developed the B.O.S. series, The Cursed Crusade, Truck Racer and Motorcycle Club, but can WRC 5 build upon what previous developer Milestone had evolved through the previous four versions?

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 (PS Vita), Game Review.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 is a third-person musou actionrole playing game available for download from the PlayStation Store for the PS Vita with compatibility for PlayStation T.V., while also releasing on PS4 and PS3. One Piece is a series of Japanese manga stories written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda having been serialised in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine since July 19th 1997 in which chapters have been compiled into at least 78 standalone Tankobon volumes centred upon the adventurous life of the lead character Monkey D. Luffy. One Piece is incredibly successful having sold over 300 million copies making it the best-selling manga in history, while having an even further outreach with an anime television series airing over 700 episodes in Japan since 1999 as well as releasing numerous novels, films, soundtrack albums, trading card games and videogames.

Broken Sword 5: The Serpent’s Curse (PS4), Game Review.

Broken Sword 5: The Serpent’s Curse is a point and click adventure game available for download from the PlayStation Store for the PS Vita and is now making its debut on the PS4 and for the first time from retail stores. The legacy of the Broken Sword saga is unquestionable and has been since its inception on the original PlayStation in 1996.
