National Treasure, Lynda Bellingham, Remains A Passionate Woman In Liverpool.

As a part of a double announcement, tickets have gone on sale for Kay Mellor’s glorious comedy A Passionate Woman starring Lynda Bellingham and which will be on at the Royal Court Theatre from Monday 24th to Saturday 1st March 2014.

This brand new production is a part of its pre West End tour by David Pugh & Dafydd Rogers the multi award winning producers of Calendar Girls, Brief Encounter, The Full Monty and ART. As well as Lynda Bellingham, the show stars Christopher Timothy, Peter McMillan and Polish film star Mateusz Damieicki.

With the strains of Noel Coward’s I Went to a Marvellous Party greeting the audience at the University of Liverpool’s intimate theatre space, the stage was set for a renaissance of the great actor and playwrights work performed by L.U.D.S, one of the two amateur dramatic societies that give young budding actors their first real taste of life in front of an audience. Their chosen piece to start their 2012-13 season off was the sublime affair of several hearts, Still Life.
