Secrets Will Come Out In A Brand New Musical Which Premieres At The Epstein This May.

Ribbon Productions are proud to present the premiere of their brand new musical Secrets which opens at The Epstein Theatre on Friday 12th May.

Written by Carol Maher, Georgina Feld and Patricia Maher with music and lyrics by Izzi Feld, the musical tells a story about love, loss, revenge and revelations where every character seems to have a secret to keep, a secret to hold, a secret to have or a secret to be told! But who’s keeping the biggest secret of them all and why?

At Mersey Entertainments Agency, Larry who is played by John McGrellis (Coronation Street, Little Boy Blue) and Liz played by Nicole Barber-Lane (Hollyoaks) are busy organising a show for a millionaire’s birthday party whose identity is a secret.

Unfortunately for them though, their old enemy Metal Mick played by Danny Taylor (Lennon:Through a Glass Onion) is back in town, and is yet again forcing them into delivering a shady package for him on the same night. But, still grieving over the loss of her little girl eighteen years ago, Liz has finally had enough of being pushed around! She secretly hatches a plot to get revenge on Mick and drive him out of town, but it all goes hilariously wrong, and when the nerves kick in, secrets come out.

Adding to the madness and mayhem is a young American journalist (Izzi Feld) who has come to town to interview the Agency for her magazine, and the secrets she has to reveal will change their lives forever.

With comical characters such as Dorothy De’Mure (the dirtiest Drag Act in town), Bernard Dett (Del Wilden), Voita (Lesley Butler) a German Comedienne (who knew?) and a twerking ghost, Secrets is a show that will have you laughing your head off and crying your eyes out.

Directed by Francesca Goodridge, this must-see musical will be the talk of town.

Theatre manager, Rebekah Pichilingi, said, “We are very proud to premiere this brand-new musical which features a very funny script and highly talented cast – all the ingredients for a great night out.”
