Crissy Rock And Amanda Harrington To Star In Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs At The Epstein.

LHK Productions return to the Epstein Theatre this festive season with one of the world’s favourite fairy-tales, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, a show that promises to deliver the mix of fun and traditional pantomime with a fresh and current twist which made last year’s Cinderella a runaway success. LHK productions are delighted to announce the first three of the star-studded cast for this exciting seasonal spectacular which will round off a centenary year in which the Epstein celebrates 100 years of theatre on Hanover Street.

Making her pantomime debut, Liverpool model and star of the T.V. show Desperate Scousewives Amanda Harrington will play The Fairy, adding lashings of glitz and glamour to the proceedings. Also joining the Snow White cast is Paul Danan. Best known for his role as Sol Patrick, the original Hollyoaks bad-boy and his award-winning tenure on Celebrity Love Island, Paul Danan is set to be living up to his heartthrob reputation as the ever dashing Prince. Oozing with the charm and charisma which has made him a firm television favourite, can our Prince save Snow White and win her heart?

Looking to scheme her way to the title of ‘fairest of them all’ is comedian, T.V. star, jungle survivor and a firm Liverpool favourite Crissy Rock who, as the Wicked Queen, is looking to do whatever she can to get rid of Snow White. Best known as acid tongued Janey York in I.T.V.’s Benidorm and a stand-up comic, Crissy’s quick wit and sharp putdowns make her the perfect panto addition.

A timeless tale and one of the nation’s favourite pantomimes, Snow White tells the story of a beautiful princess and her jealous step mother, obsessed with getting rid of Snow White and becoming the Fairest of them All. After fleeing the Kingdom to escape the queen’s evil plans Snow white seeks refuge with seven dwarfs living in the forest. Taking pity on the girl, the dwarfs allow her to stay with them. Complete with song and dance as well as poisoned apples, magical mirrors and that much loved panto enchantment, Snow White will have you on the edge of your seat. Will Snow white return home and marry her prince charming and live happily ever after?

Show producer Lee Kelly of LHK Productions said: “I am delighted to be announcing our cast of Snow White for this year’s panto after such a great response last year. Cinderella was a great success and we are well already in the planning for this year with plenty of surprises in store. You can’t get any better than Panto in this stunning Liverpool legendary venue and with Amanda, Paul and Crissy leading the cast we promise this year’s show is going to be magical”

Snow White is set to be the wickedest panto around and running from Thursday 12th December 2013 – Sunday 5th January 2014 for 49 magical performances.
