Southport’s New Cultural Hub, The Atkinson, To Host Faulty Towers The Dining Experiance.

Ever wondered what it would be like to eat in Basil, Sybil and Manuel’s dining room? Find out at Sefton’s flagship new cultural centre The Atkinson this June, when the venue hosts the critically acclaimed 5 star production Faulty Towers the Dining Experience!

‘Guests’ can enjoy a three course meal served by the hilarious characters of the legendary TV show impersonated by Interactive Theatre international, whose Faulty Towers shows have been in constant demand, touring internationally since 1997. The show features all the best gags and a great meal, Faulty Towers the Dining Experience is a loosely-scripted, pitch-perfect tribute to the television series which develops the characters made famous by John Cleese, Prunella Scales and Andrew Sachs.

The fun starts as the audience are called to be seated in the restaurant of the Faulty Towers hotel, and it hurtles along for the next two hours as Sybil, Basil and Manuel serve the meal… Basil is neurotic, Sybil domineering, and Manuel – of course – is hopelessly language-challenged.

This highly improvised site specific performance will bring the laugh-a-minute chaos of Basil and Sybil’s dining room to the Atkinson for one weekend only on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th June, so book now for a three-course serving of this side-splitting 2 hour dining experience like no other.

Everything that can wrong does, in some beautifully controlled chaos. Just don’t mention the war!

Tickets for Faulty Towers the Dining Experience are available by calling on 01704 533 333* or online at www.seftonarts.co.uk* Tickets are priced at £35 which includes show and three course meal.
